UX & Product Design
I research real workflows, design intuitive interfaces, and ship them end to end. Below: an interactive product concept plus a live SaaS platform I designed and built.
Interactive prototype · Digital Health MS thesis
Role: product & experience design
Remote preventive care is fragmented — patients and clinicians lack one clear place to see wearable data and act on it.
Designed a role-aware dashboard: a data-dense clinician view and a simplified patient view, with explainable-AI (SHAP) risk factors.
Information hierarchy for at-a-glance risk, trend sparklines for wearable signals, and a ‘why this risk?’ panel so clinicians trust the model.
A working, interactive concept demonstrating how explainable AI can turn multi-modal health data into clear next actions.

Sales teams drowned in raw data and lost track of quotes that needed follow-up, hurting conversion.
Designed a scannable KPI hierarchy (headline metrics first, deep KPIs on demand) and a ‘needs attention’ zone that surfaces stale quotes with one-tap follow-up.
Color-coded metric tiles, status tabs (draft → deposit → completed), and inline WhatsApp actions to close the loop where sellers already work.
A daily-driver dashboard used to run a real business — tracking hundreds of quotes and millions in pipeline.

Building a quote was slow and error-prone, with too many clicks per line item.
Designed a keyboard-first line-item flow (Enter/Tab to move & add), live totals, and two PDF output modes for different clients.
Progressive disclosure (optional address/details collapsed), clear required fields, and a persistent totals summary so nothing is lost.
A fast, forgiving flow that lets sellers build a full quote in seconds.

A team juggling dozens of tasks across ~15 clients had no single system — overdue work slipped through the cracks.
Designed a task OS with multiple views (Kanban, list, weekly calendar) plus a focus mode, so people can work the way that fits the moment.
A guided Monday ‘weekly planning’ wizard that walks users through rescheduling overdue tasks one by one — turning a dreaded chore into a 2-minute flow.
A daily operations system that runs a 4-person agency — with priorities, labels, time estimates, and drag-to-day planning.
